Refund Policy

Rainbow Factory accepts the return of unopened items (with all seals intact) that were purchased and fulfilled through its website. Items must be returnd to Rainbow Factory and received within seven days of the original delivery date. Customers will be refunded the cost of the original purchase, excluding the initial shipping and handling fees. The cost of return is for the customer’s account and any items which have been opened, damaged or are not in their original packaging will not be liable for a refund. A refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the item in good order.
